The Counseling Center Referral Service (CCRS) is a comprehensive web-based platform that enables your Counseling Center to manage relationships with counseling service providers, and refer students and faculty members to these providers in a user-friendly, efficient, and consistent manner.

The Service was created in 2010 through a partnership between RINTS.COM, Towson University, and funded by SAMHSA.GOV.   Since then, the Service has evolved in functionality and design, keeping pace with Counseling Centers across the country.  Today, more than two dozen Colleges and Universities use the CCRS every day.

In Summer 2017, Denton Data released CCRS v2.0.  Completely redeveloped from the ground-up, this new CCRS takes into account hundreds of suggestions — and lessons learned over the past 7 years.   A responsive mobile-first design, innovative provider profile management, customizeable fields and forms, and a powerful search engine work together to provide your Counseling Center with the right tools to connect students and faculty with the best service provider for their needs.
